Who we are
Frameless is run by AVA Digital LLC, [LLC registered address], Wyoming, USA. AVA Digital LLC decides how your details are used. You can reach us at contact@frameless.film.
What we collect
The answers you give in the pre-registration form, and where your visit came from: the invite code in your link, the campaign tags in the address, and the site that sent you to us. Nothing else.
Why
To contact you about the launch, and to decide whether to build the platform.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. We record when you gave it and the wording you saw. You can take it back at any time by deleting your details.
Who sees it
Only the two founders. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone.
Where it's stored
Cloudflare runs the website, the email and the database for us. The database is stored in the EU.
How long we keep it
- If you don't confirm your email, we delete your sign-up after 30 days.
- Everything else we keep until we decide on the launch, and for 12 months at most.
- If the project stops, we delete everything within 30 days.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your details at any time. Use the Delete my details page, or write to contact@frameless.film. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We don't use tracking cookies. One functional cookie remembers an invite link for 30 days, so the person who invited you is counted. Our visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) don't use cookies.
Age
Pre-registration is for people 18 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
